✅Anyone in the Orlando area that has a personal or business website? If so, let me know. I’m looking to advertise on a handful of sites (I will pay for the placement) so please reach out if you or someone you know has an Orlando based personal or business website. Thank you!
#koreanair changed my INTERNATIONAL ticket & is giving me a 1hr 7m connection time in one of the worlds Largest Airports (Atlanta Hartsfield). Spent 20+ minutes on a call for them to tell me to pay extra to get my original flights back!! How’s is this fair?? 😤😡@KoreanAir
I’m going to tell you exactly what I do for my local SEO clients. Bookmark this and save for later:
KW Research: This isn’t super hard on the local level, you normally just need to plug in the city + service to AHRefs. For example, if you’re an HVAC company in Richmond, VA, your keyword is likely going to be just “HVAC Richmond”. To be frank, I don’t worry much about competition at the local level. I find that the vast majority of SERPs are winnable.
On-Page: I don’t overcomplicate this. Put the keyword in the front of the meta tag, update the H1, and write high quality copy on the page. Sometimes a tool like Surfer or Neuron Writer can help, but I find that isn’t not always necessary.
Page Buildout: I am known for shouting this from the roof tops, but every location you want to serve with your business needs a location page. Your homepage can’t rank well for all of the cities that you are doing work in. You need a dedicated page for each one of the cities. I optimize these pages with the on-page edits that I mentioned above.
Link building: This can’t be broken down to just a paragraph, but every business needs citations, guest posts, and niche edits. Good thing about local SEO is that you don’t need a ton of links to rank well.
Technical: I make sure that there aren’t any indexing issues, and I fix things like 404 errors and broken backlinks. Occasionally if a site is super slow or CTR isn’t high we have to make some minor adjustments.
After 6 to 12 months of this, clients have lead gen on autopilot. They are ranking in the top 5 on Google and are extremely happy.
