Драники канонические.
Я беларус и делаю драники так, что даже готов написать под это тред.
Картошку и лук молотим на комбайне на спецнасадке. Либо на тёрке. 1кг картошки плюс 0.3кг репч. лука +соль/перец. Всё!
Фото1 - откидываем массу на дуршлаг и пусть там лежит всю дорогу⤵️
