The Women’s World Cup is in the summer of 2019 and did you know that @MKrikorian has athletes that are competing in next summer’s world cup on his roster #WorldClassSoccerProgram
Solving rare diseases and disabilities happens through Big Data and business partnerships @FSUBiz and we want @JeffPearlman to write a powerful article like his Ricky Bell 42 story https://t.co/ps7Z6m0jCh profile-san-diego-chargers-tampa-bay-
I'm shocked that I have never heard of Jonestown until watching this documentary, even though, it was the largest non-natural disaster loss of American lives until 9/11. It's especially sad because of the amount of minors who died. #rel2121s18
The most interesting thing I learned during this class that I would have never known before is about MLK and his interaction with the FBI and how they suggested he commit suicide. #crazy#REL2121S18
@lcm16_lyllie I think his religion might have played a small role in the election, however, I think the bigger reason is because he goes against all the stereotypes of what a president is and I think America wanted a change from the norm.
@JusticeKiziahC I personally think that another war if it were big enough would cause another religious revival because religion gives faith and I don't think that would change in today's society.
@lcm16_lyllie After a little research Hillary never really tried to get the votes of Evangelical voters because she didn't think they would be a deciding factor in the election. Also for the most part Evangelicals have almost always leaned to the right politically.
I was really surprised when I saw the stat that more Evangelicals voted for Trump than Romney. Even though, Romney was Mormon I would have figured he would have received more votes than Trump just based on character. #REL2121S18
Overall this is one of the best classes I have taken at FSU. However, I thought that the FBI and Religions book wasn't the greatest because it was clearly biased towards the FBI and didn't cover both sides of the story. #REL2121S18
@AllieM706 I personally think it had more to do with the fact that he was in the process of being a born again christian and also some of his conservative policies. As opposed to his prior actions.
@4ReligionClass Very good point, I think you are right. The way Trump answered that question would make it hard to discount his response because he talks about his own individual experience with the idea of asking for forgiveness.
