Basketball question.

Instead of walking on a treadmill at the Rec, I take a basketball and run around the Hume shooting hoops for exercise.

I’ve been working on the basics but is there any value in working on anything outside the paint? I’m 6’7”. I feel very out of position if I’m not in the paint.
