@British_Airways arrived on BA1309 over an hour ago with 2 young children and still waiting for bags. Understand there is an issue but ballpark timing for bags coming? Getting them posted in the next day or 2 is really not an option….

@SW_Help I am continuing to have issues loading my ticket to my smartcard. This happens at least a couple of times a month. If purchasing through the app why no option to get a mobile ticket if the smart card won’t load?

@onepeloton On the App through a Fire box having real issues with older classes - constant buffering (which doesn’t happen with any of the newer classes) - any idea why? My internet connection is OK. It is annoying to see great older classes that I can’t take! Thanks
