Don't be fooled by this announcement from JD Vance. There is no increase in assistance and they aren't looking to ease the burden on working families.

They're robbing a fund designed to help working-class single-parents to give even more money to wealthy married couples and those who fit Vance's personal ideal vision of a family.

As any parent will tell you, raising a child is hard work. That work SHOULD be compensated, but not by robbing a fund designed to help working moms. This is dressing up more tax breaks for the rich as "aid to families" and it's coming at the expense of working-class parents.
