@Rivian Any update on when the California EV Rebate for Rivian will go live? I have an August-September estimated order but don’t want to delay order waiting on Rivians participation to be active for that rebate? Still listed as “coming soon” for Rivian.

@RivianUpdates If they all nicely fit in a rear accessory storage unit that connects to the back of R2 and were an option at launch just take my money. Although their only priority should be quality and timely build for R2 release.

@RivianTrackr Did he specifically say the $45k R2 in 2026? My assumption is higher trims with higher Average selling price (ASP) in 2026 and opening up lower ASP later.

@Hilbe As an owner of one RAV4 Hybrid I agree. I’ll pass the RAV4 to the wife to replace her older car and be primary driver on R2 when available. However, I think this will be a premium competitor to the RAV4.
