People like Jasmine Crockett who give false information put the Black community at risk. It’s not a lesser crime if you only stab a person one time when the result is death. Also, the jury didn’t take into account the defendant’s young age because they were taking into account the victim’s young age.
He was charged with murder because in Texas, the prosecutor doesn’t need to show “premeditated” intent to kill to be convicted of murder. He simply has to prove the defendant “knew” that his action could cause death.
Under Texas Penal Code Section 19.02, the prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you had one of the following mental states: [1, 2, 3]
•Intentional or Knowing Conduct: You acted intentionally or knowingly in causing the death of another individual. [1, 2]
•Intent to Cause Serious Bodily Injury: You intended to cause serious bodily injury and committed an act clearly dangerous to human life that resulted in the person's death. [1, 2]
•Felony Murder: The death occurred during the commission or attempted commission of a felony (other than manslaughter), even if you did not intend to kill anyone. [1, 2, 3]
@MatrixMysteries I predicted this shit when the Democrats started pushing their woke policies. Woke policies encourage racial tensions. It’s all by design.
@iamcardib Ask yourself, what would be justice if a White man had stabbed a Black man and killed him? Now apply that same logic to this case. I know it’s difficult because your brain is damaged….
but try.
@MyFriendMikey@markian23LFC@markrobinsonNC Do you ever wonder why Democrats are incapable of confronting a problem or situation without deflecting to Trump or blaming it on Trump?
By accepting ballots that arrive long after Election Day, allowing signature curing for up to 22 days, and continually creating new exceptions that favor the tardy, California has made a mockery of the responsibility and agency that we ought to expect from most voters. When combined with the state’s ill-advised embrace of ballot harvesting, the result is a system that treats voting less as a civic duty to be discharged within clear and predictable rules, and more as an administrative problem to be solved after the election has taken place. At the margins, access is important. But so are finality, transparency, and public confidence. California has pursued the first objective with such zeal that it has undermined the others.
Ballot Harvesting raises concerns about chain of custody and potential coercion, arguing that letting political operatives handle ballots creates vulnerabilities. Main concerns include:
Loss of Chain of Custody: Once a ballot leaves a voter's hands, there is no official tracking until it is scanned by election officials, leaving a window where a ballot could theoretically be lost or destroyed.
Voter Coercion: Activists collecting ballots at someone's home could potentially pressure or influence vulnerable voters as they fill out their paperwork.
“Ballot Churning": Organized campaigns might actively target specific neighborhoods to gather high volumes of ballots from demographic groups likely to favor their candidate.
In a word: fraud.
California has deliberately slowed down ballot-counting to accommodate its chaotic expansion of mail-in voting. A voter can return a ballot in any county in California, no matter which county that voter is registered in. A decade ago, California legalized ballot-harvesting — which allows anyone to collect and deliver a limitless number of mail-in ballots — which increases the risk of fraud or coercion. The state mails ballots to all registered voters, 23.2 million of them. Ballots received by officials up to seven days after Election Day are counted.
Mail-in voting was traditionally for invalids and service members. Before Covid there was strict criteria to be met to receive a mail-in ballot. California has no checks and balances made before ballots are handed out which raises suspicions. The fact that Democrats are so adamantly against The Save Act also raises suspicions to any reasonable person. This dumb bitch is not reasonable. She is a flat out leftist POS journalist. She got exactly what she deserved from Trump.
@AU_Braswell@TrumpGirlOnFire@CreasonJana Three stupid questions about Trump still don’t explain why California doesn’t want a federal election audit. Get some help for your TDS and get your priorities straight you dumb fuck.
