I was thinking the MelodySign series would have something like this (MCU programmed as the square wave synthesizer), but nope they choose to go the sample based route with a dedicated voice chip and an MCU just to control it. That's easier to develop but with much higher cost...

This also indicates that it's very unlikely to have the other three chimes of the MN6221D. Or it might still have in the voice chip but will be tough to get it to playback, since the main controller chip is unknown and the PCB wiring is quite complex.
