@Square makes it easier everyday to want to switch to @Shopify for everything - I can’t even create a discount with a 1 time usage per customer with our creating a marketing campaign that I pay for? Insane
@Square who ever is writing the copy for these emails needs to include all the info, you forgot to put any invoices created before June 2024, crazy to have to dig around, you could have just copy and pasted link to view the invoices scheduled for cancellation page you created or put a note in the dashboard. Dumpster fire of customer experience the past 2 years
@Square great new dashboard, doesn’t load and can’t run payroll. This company is going down fast. Thanks for making every task take much longer than it needs to or not able to compete it all!
@square the product is not what it used to be, I’d rather have this person on customer support than these cute quips. Fix the product, support can’t help me, I’m loosing money because your coupon migration and have spent 5 hours on customer support over the past month with no solution. Can’t even limit how many times someone can use a coupon, you litterly can see the option but not edit it. DDOOOOO BETTER!
@Square like seriously what happened to you? Why can we no longer edit items in the browser app or find items? Every week something on your app works worse and less functionality than it did before? Que the @Shopify targeted ads - come on square they trolling bad comments and targeting me with ads, I’m about to leave after 10 years -
@Hyundai big fan of my palisade except when I can’t put it into neutral to get out of the road when it breaks down, electronics are great but not if you don’t have a way to put it in neutral and get out of harm’s way! You gotta fix this!!

@Square can someone please wake up during this coupon migration to marketing?! You can’t stop customers from redeeming the coupon more than once only the total amount of times it can be redeemed. Also the three dot toggle next to the done button doesn’t let you open up and edit the coupon. Do better you’re killing my current promotion run with the same person keeps ordering every day with the coupon and I can’t shut it off because it’s a promo partnered with one of my large clients. I just want to be able to limit the amount of times a customer can use a coupon and after 4 hours on hold and 2 hours with customer service on a call no can figuire this out? It’s like day 1 coupon mod, worry about cash app and lending a little less and help your core customers!!!!
@SquareSupport Still unresolved after hours of trying to work with support!! I have orders that are ringing up for free because you all lost site of product and service
@Square what happened? You all used to be so intuitive, fast and epic with the customer service. I can’t believe I have to call customer service to figure out how to edit a coupon condition and that need to be put on hold for 10 min for this, things like this are usually and used to be designed in for ease of use, feel like you all have fallen off.
@SquareSupport You all need to fix the site, can’t edit coupons conditions, just start and end date, support says just go change the conditions and edit them , this is not available, the conditions are there, no place to edit them.
