@Oldtimers365 @USAA Mine was my deck broke. They sent the adjuster / inspector out. And after a couple weeks said no we aren’t gonna cover it as it was done improper construction and that I should contact the contractor. Well I bought the house 5 years before this I don’t know that contractor.
