@mimsdavies@PeteBradburyClr@j987xyz@MSDCnews#EastGrinstead one way system gets gridlocked because of a drive through. Painting a box junction or a short red route would stop this. How do we make that happen, and more to the point, why have WSCC not thought to do it?

@andybward @AboutEG@egcouncil We had a discussion about this in our group and people had very mixed views. Basically 50/50 for against. One idea might be a one way path - walk the direction of traffic. We'll run that in the group and get back to you.
Amazing and affirming - locally, in our town a lady is making masks and selling them - she buys food for the Foodbank with the proceeds - lot's of people donating in lieu of their shopping donations - thank you- #localheroes#foodbanks@WHEGrinstead
@MidSussexPolice Over 80 gas cartridges in the lower car park this morning, many more on the grass, fire pit still glowing. More patrols needed. @egcouncil cleared up the mess, yet again.
Like many charities our income has been almost wiped out since lockdown began. If you are able to spare a little please donate via JustGiving https://t.co/FouNKRlwEY and help us support the older members of the community across #EastGrinstead and the surrounding area #staysafe
A view of Hackenden Lane, with a bridge over the railway on the left and Cooks Pond Viaduct on the right.
Taken in 1908, this image was used on a postcard sent to a Mrs Taylor of Shovelshrode Beacon, possibly from her sister, May, talking about a recent trip to the seaside.
