@TanmayJain5114 did you go around asking housing developers, grocery stores to explain what different is it that you are providing to justify 4 times prices increases in houses, groceries, medicals
@TanmayJain5114 20 ywars back a 1 year experience person took 3.5 lakhs.. a 4 years experienced person made 6 lakhs.. by your own scientific and economic hypothesis, considering jnflation increass by 100% every 10 years, his salary should be 6*2*2=24 lakhs
@TanmayJain5114 dude you are again basing it on wrong hypothesis. you are basing it on his current salary? what if his current salary was 12 lakhs? just because he might not have negotiated his current job salary..
@sumanthraman yes thatβs how it is done here in US too.. the recruiter sets up the initial screening and finds out the expectation and talks about the salary range for the job position.. if both seem good then it moves forward
his current company may only afford to do 7.2 or he may not have been a good negotiator or know the true market value.. maybe he knows now and why does his current salary play a role for the next company? are we to punish people because they started at a smaller company who didnβt pay much?
@sumanthraman 22 years ago 1 year experience made 3.5 lakhs.. my salary at that time. considering the inflation 7 lakhs for 4 years of experience is too less.. i would put 14 lakhs as the bare minimum..
@jessiegirl@AttyStevenBrown you still didnβt understand what he is saying.. what is shady? why would a homeowner not factor in property taxes in the rent
