@tardedlib Yeah, it’s Marxist and that’s not a bad thing. Humor that targets disabled people reinforces existing inequalities and oppression. In a society where disabled people are already marginalized, these jokes contribute to their further alienation.

@tardedlib It has nothing to do with being leftist or prohibiting all humor. It's about empathy and considering the impact of our words. Saying that some disabled people don't mind the humor doesn't negate the fact that others do find it hurtful.
