@JaneidyEve@ryloUSA@UsePaid it seems they changed their terms the other day to no longer state that they are obligated to return those funds. bad behavior:

@UsePaid and $PAID terms and policies have changed wording to stop suggesting they will return money they call "stuck" in x. instances of "owed" changed to "unsent" and "recorded". their numbers indicate this is > $1.5M. they are planning to keep it. nfa but gtfo of this trash
@alx@UsePaid@XMoney what do you make of this? i find it hard to read as anything other than their team gearing up to keep the "in limbo" funds, changing terms to not promise to distribute those. i liked the system but this is very sketchy behavior.

@RangeyGod@seanlippel@XMoney@nikitabier@UsePaid the problem is with the devs...i was in the discord too but i'm not even convinced anymore that they ever talked to x money. this was the final straw for me though:

@FTPager@XMoney suspect these "discussions" are fake and they are just waiting to pull out a bunch of money that didn't get distributed:

@Mudo9453 $PAID also removed the part of their terms about 50/50 split of unclaimed funds between buybacks and treasury, as well as changing from "owed" to "unsent" and from "unpaid balance" to "recorded balance". clearly they want to take the unclaimed funds into treasury - very sketchy
@sierracatalina you were right, last night they changed language on their website about from "owed" to "unsent" and from "unpaid balance" to "recorded balance"
they're going to try to keep the money that's supposedly "in limbo", it's > $1.5M in total by their own numbers. shameful
@CivicParadox@PaidSolCat one idea - if you are unsure whether they're actually blocked or not and you have x money, try sending them $1 or something like this. if their account is suspended somehow, probably it should get stuck and not land? (i would try this but i don't have x money)
