Worst experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence WiFi. Internet has been down for 2 days, engineers don’t pick up calls, and I was promised a fix in 1 hour. No proper option to raise a complaint on the app—it just says it’ll be resolved in 5–6 hours. Completely unacceptable.
