support victims who are angry, express pain thru rage, refuse to forgive, dont let it go. is too obvious ppl want victims to suffer silently/in isolation, and show « bravery » by being happy and bubbly instead. victims being open with « negative » emotions should b supported too.
This is the root of my hate for Ai images. & no matter how "cool" it may look, this is the evil at it's core. Any human with artistic integrity should always be aware of this.
FWIW this smells like the DA trying to cover his ass. CBS found he didn't even listen to the police transcript before scrapping the case.
Note how the interviewer gave him an opportunity when she asked, "wasn't one interview enough?" And he doesn't answer the question she's asking. Because he didn't look at it before he threw the case out!
This is consistent with my experience of working with about 8 ADAs over the years on my own case. One was so awful to me about throwing my case out that DA George Gascon kicked him out of the Special Victims division. One urged me to change my locks and I had to tell her it happened two cities away and that it would be irrelevant - he didn't have a key (wtf). She didn't even know the basic facts of my case.
