A successful #WhiskySquad 160 last night – 'Show Me What You're Made Of'. Six whiskies with interesting tweaks to how they're made, and one that no one cares how its made. Top drams, top people – thanks @SaltWhiskyBar for hosting us! https://t.co/Tb9mLh51d3
I'm on my way to Martyn Jenkins' funeral. I'll be passing on all of your condolences and fond memories to his family. A lot of you asked about donating to charity for him - here's a link for that:

Still time to get into TONIGHT'S charity session - 7 Canadian whiskies, including gold-dust from the same great distilleries that produced Whistle Pig, and Lot 40, plus loads more! https://t.co/VuNGojq54b
This is nowhere near a classic @Springbank1828 Longrow wine cask bottling ... but the combination of sturdy peat and softly tannic white fruits disarms instantly. Please, can we have a Longrow White every year from now on?! @whiskysquad
It should be an abomination. Anything But Chardonnay!! But it's gorgeous, peaty, sour candy and tar roads, a soaring delicious kick in the face and did I already say gorgeous? @Springbank1828 Longrow from chardonnay casks, from @WmCadenhead. @cowfish spoils us!
Getting better all the time. @BalconesWhisky Texas Single Malt is a delicious, spicey dram people mistook for rye, bourbon, a sherry cask finish and their youth. All in all a great success :)
@cowfish brings us @Tomatin1897 25 yo distilled in his birth year of 1978. All the classic oldie and goodie tastes you'd hope for to kick off the evening.
