"Great UX/CX professionals are like whistleblowers. They are the voice of the customer. And they often suffer the consequences because most organizations do not want the customer to have a genuine voice." @gerrymcgovern

@ChrisFenn_613@AmandaBernardo Unfortunately, ‘accountability’ doesn’t exist in #gc culture if past and present or any indication. It’s littered with so many broken projects at taxpayers expense. Interestingly, bureaucrats incharge either get promoted or retire leaving others to pay the price! #GCDigital
@LaurentGoderre@samperd@gcdigital You are certainly not alone. Many public servants are in the same predicament and live this sad reality on a daily basis with not many options on the horizon. The issues are complex and multi-faceted, including, lack accountability, corruption, nepotism, mismanagement etc., etc.,

@UXInteraxtions @singhav8r Ok I’m genuinely curious. If you consider the current version a fundamentally flawed design, how do you think it should be designed instead? And which analytics would you collect instead to evaluate success or opportunity for improvement?
@autotectonic @CDS_GC@CanRevAgency Sure, that’s a great idea! But that still doesn’t solve the problems of every other Canadian citizen who has a terrible time navigating #canadadotca website to get answers to simple questions while filing their taxes and getting their benefits. They should be equally important!
