As I view #thegildedcage it allows me to reminisce how my family made me feel all those years. I was trapped like a pet in a cage. #freedom

Mrs. Adams don't you hate when men contradict what we say just because they feel they are superior. Just like you husband did to you.

[Edna P_athina @whitevirtue1897]

Why have you not learned that we women are expected to show more affection towards men rather men more affection to us? #loveyourspouse

Every women no matter you race or ethnicity should have the right to break the rules and not be scorned upon by the men of society.#beyou

[Edna P_athina @whitevirtue1897]

@letednalive Woman need to set new records that men are striving to reach. We shall no longer try to do things "like" a man but as a WOMEN!

[Edna P_athina @whitevirtue1897]

@wideawakein1899 Never again shall we lower our hopes and dreams because they were not good enough for a man!

[Edna P_athina @whitevirtue1897]

Property no longer refers to wives but rather homes. If only that's how it was in my lifetime. #beyourownperson

[Edna P_athina @whitevirtue1897]

@ednapontellie18 Dreaming is believing all you have to do is make it happen. We dream of a reality we are striving for.

Looking at #thegildedcage makes me remember how it felt to be married. I was trapped like the bird in the cage. #freedom
