@Budget I have logged all complaint about a recent rental and I’m still awaiting a follow up after nearly 3 weeks…what is an acceptable response time? This seems unreasonable.

The websites says I can pay the toll before the invoice is due that way I can avoid any rental car fees. Please can you advise how I can do this.

@SunPass_FDOT I recently rented a car in Florida and tried to pay by cash in the toll lane but they were unoccupied and had to pay by plate. I have the license number of the rental car but I don’t know the zip code of where it’s registered. How can I pay my toll?

@elonmusk I hope you’re getting involved in the IRS changes. I just got an Audit Deficiency notice where they didn’t specify the issue but sent me a bill for taxes — you’re only option is to accept it or petition in a court. Could be resolved in a 5 min phone call - more wasted $
