Next up it's @WholeEducation Executive Director @popejames on how we inspire, support and celebrate leaders in schools - because at the moment, there's not enough moments for this in the system.
We're kicking off our Secondary Headship Summit with Giles Barrow. Today isn't about top tips, it's about giving leaders the space to have conversations- the conversations we don't always get the chance to have in the profession.
Giles argues that in education we have become too risk averse. We need to reclaim teaching - its about being brave and stepping out of our comfort zone and helping young people do the same. Teaching is about the moments of life changing encounters with young people.
