#WATCH | Delhi: After talks with the government, Cockroach Janta Party's National Spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka says, "We held three rounds of discussions with the government delegation. Our protest at Jantar Mantar, which was going on for several days, had three main demands: Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation, all legal cases filed against protesters and organizers, those FIRs should be withdrawn, and no future cases should be filed against protesters or organizers. And our third demand was compensation of Rs 1 crore for the families who lost their loved ones after the NEET paper was not held. Just a while ago, Dharmendra Pradhan resigned. This means that our first demand has been accepted."
Dear @HemantSorenJMM ji, I and my friends were able to raise ₹2.5 lakhs in 3 days to help Vishal Yadav, a student from your state who could have used some state funds for his education.
We will fund his education, just because he is meritorious. Neither he is from my state nor from my caste, but we did it solely because he needs it. People look for incentives for chest thumping, I did it for merit and for the fact that I was once a student who needed support.
I don’t know him, perhaps will never meet him, but I don’t want him to suffer because his father passed away.
This is not our responsibility. This is your responsibility. You have a great school in Tilaiya, please don’t kill it for lack of funds. These students will rise up to create a better Jharkhand. Take care of education and education will take care of you.
If a citizen appears to surrender on camera and is later killed in an encounter, the burden of explanation on the State becomes extraordinarily high.
The Bharat Bhushan Tiwari case demands an independent and transparent inquiry. The rule of law is tested not by how we treat the innocent, but by how scrupulously we uphold due process for all.

Dear Ms @HelleLyngSvends,
The Embassy is organizing a press briefing on the Prime Minister’s Visit this evening at 9:30pm at hotel Raddisson BluPlaza hotel. You are most welcome to come and ask your questions there.
Distressed to know about yet another killing of BJP karyakarta Dulal Kumar in Balrampur, West Bengal. This continued brutality and violence in the land of West Bengal is shameful and inhuman. Mamata Banerjee’s govt has completely failed to maintain law and order in the state.
Dear People of Kolkata,
•Do you know how long the Mumbai Coastal Road Project is?
About the same as the distance from Khiddirpore to Barrackpore.
•Do you know how much of it has already started?
About the same as the stretch from Khiddirpore to Dunlop.
Khiddirpore to Dunlop in 15 minutes, Khiddirpore to Barrackpore in 30 minutes. That is what the Maharashtra government is building.
•Do you know how many flyovers you cross when travelling from Khiddirpore to Barrackpore by the fastest route?
One rail overbridge, Tala Bridge. Zero flyovers.
•Do you know how many flyovers KMC has built in the last five years?
Zero.
TMC takes you for granted. If you dont teach them a lesson, they wont learn a lesson, and you will keep suffering.
@jasveer10 I’m staying on Jacaranda Marg, Sector 25. All the property owners around me are Dentists who run Clinics at ground floor and drive expensive cars. Now, I know who their clients are.
I was at a restaurant today. Next to my table, something went wrong with a dish, not sure what. But the voice went up, attitude up, power trip started.
Let’s be honest for a second - No one grows up dreaming of being a waiter or opening doors for strangers. People do this because they have to, not because they want to
What exactly are you proud of - You’re not superior, you just got luckier. That’s it
The girl serving you might be dealing with more pressure in life than you can imagine, but she still has to stand there and smile.
Because she doesn’t have the luxury to react. And you take advantage of that
So next time - act like a decent human
Tata Factory, Singur – Complete Timeline
In 2006, Tata Motors announced the Tata Nano factory in Sanand, Gujarat.
Land acquisition faced mass protests from the then CM Narendra Modi.
Tata officially withdrew from Sanand. 4,000 employees lost their jobs immediately.
Then Tata selected Singur. The Bengal government fast-tracked the land acquisition, and Tata built the plant in 14 months with an investment of ₹2,000 crore.
The plant was inaugurated by Ratan Tata and Mamata Banerjee, with a capacity of 2.5 lakh Tata Nano cars per year.
Currently, it is producing around 5.5 lakh cars per year, including models such as Tiago, Nexon, Sierra, and EVs. It is projected to produce 1.5 lakh Sierra units from the Singur plant.
It is currently employing 5,000 people directly and 20,000 people indirectly.
Loss of Gujarat, profit of Bengal.
That's why Mamata says #EgiyeBangla
Huge safety risk on Agoda. The "Verified" property I booked used fabricated photos and was in a different, unsafe, unstaffed location than advertised.

Mamata Banerjee is the only Chief Minister who, even after ruling for 15 years, has not delivered a single new airport in her state.
Yes, she claims that she constructed Durgapur Airport, but that is misleading. The airport’s construction began in 2007, and by the time she became CM, land acquisition had already been completed and work was underway.
Durgapur Airport is owned and developed by Bengal Aerotropolis Projects Limited (BAPL). It is India's first private-sector aerotropolis, located. The key shareholders of BAPL include Changi Airports International (CAI) of Singapore and West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation.
She also opposed a second airport in Kolkata, saying the city does not need one.
Be it metro, airports, or highways, Mamata Banerjee has consistently been associated with delays and obstruction of major infrastructure projects.
That tiny red nub sitting between the G, H, and B keys on keyboards has been quietly dividing the tech world for over 30 years. Half the people who encounter it have no idea what it does. The other half refuse to use anything else.
It’s called the TrackPoint. And it was born out of a single frustrating observation.
In 1984, a researcher named Ted Selker conducted a study showing that it takes a typist 0.75 seconds to shift their hand from the keyboard to the mouse and a comparable amount of time to shift back. That 1.5 seconds of lost time, multiplied across an entire workday, felt like a solvable problem. So he built something that would eliminate it entirely; a pressure-sensitive nub planted right in the middle of the keyboard, so your hands never had to leave the keys at all. IBM introduced it commercially in 1992 on the ThinkPad 700 series.
The way it works is not what most people expect. It doesn’t move like a joystick. It responds to pressure. Beneath the rubber cap sit strain gauges that measure the force applied in different directions and translate it into cursor movement. The harder you press, the faster the cursor moves. There is no repositioning, no lifting your finger, no running out of space. Infinite cursor movement from a single fingertip that never moves more than a millimeter.
The red color almost didn’t happen. IBM’s product safety division had reserved red exclusively for emergency power-off switches on mainframe computers.
ThinkPad designer Richard Sapper got around this by calling the color IBM Magenta and when the first batch shipped, the engineers made it decidedly more crimson. A loophole dressed in plain sight.
Power users programmers, analysts, executives who live on their keyboards swear by it. The reason, according to Lenovo’s chief design officer, is that your hands never leave the home row. You type and navigate simultaneously, without the constant interruption of reaching for a trackpad. Once mastered, people say it feels less like using a tool and more like an extension of thought.
Most laptops abandoned it. Lenovo never did. And the people who know, know.
