@astoundconnects, Who checks their autopay every month expecting their broadband provider to quietly hike prices?
You took my bill from $30 → $45 → $50 → $75, while offering new customers $40/mo “forever.”
Wild.
I’m done. Terminate my connection and refund the overcharges.
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport got rid of me by asking me to restart my phone which would resume the service (it didn’t). After 3+ hours on the call. Note, this is not my first 3 hour call w them, this is the 6th one. Not counting the number of times I have been to the store in person.
And this boy made it look like it’s so easy breezy lemon squeezy. But i know it’s a difficult path to commit to at such an early age.
Congratulations Shresthu, soo so proud of you. ♥️
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport Been dealing with Xfinity mobile issues for over 2 months now. My bill is paid, but my service was cut because a rep somehow linked my number to the wrong account. Now I’m stuck in an endless loop—3 hours at the Xfinity center today, told to call again
Serving notice period of a month without taking salary to compensate for the second notice period month that I wouldn’t be able to serve, in a company I joined just a month ago. Fair?
