@PurolatorHelp I've had two packages in the last month get sent directly to a pickup center with no delivery attempts and no notification that I should pick it up. One was returned to sender, but is a final sale item. Why is the company like this?
@PurolatorHelp Zero notifications from Purolator AGAIN. Parcel was late so I looked it up to see an alleged delivery attempt a week ago, about to be sent back. Redelivery requested/ arranged for today, but now a message that the parcel is to be picked up, not delivered.
@FedExCanada here b/c all the "Contact Us" links on your website are broken or disabled. How to set preferences to ensure that packages are NOT left in the building lobby? FedEx has never once used my buzzer code or unit number - mail always sent to a depot or left in lobby.
@DHLCanadaHelp respond please - Can't make payment for import fees on expected package - have tried online (x6), two automated payment phone numbers (x2), and through your accounting dept. Cards only declined through DHL. Want to ensure that pkg is NOT returned to sender.
