@MartinSLewis And the paying back of child benefit led to me doing a self assessment tax return which made me employ an accountant at a cost, as I have no idea how to do that.. it’s so very unfair.

@MartinSLewis Add to that the fact I now have to use breakfast and afterschool clubs to work in the role I am in, extra costs that weren’t there before.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow as a widow I lost my husbands wage in 2019 and his pension pushed me over the 40% tax.. so I also lost child benefit.. against couple who can earn 90k btw AND get child benefit.. I got the BSPayment,not vaguely comparable to the widowed parent support 😞
