تفاصيل هامة حول نادر بولس طنوس المجرم الذي تغنت به الأقليات ووزارة خارجية الكيان واليونان :

📌القاتل يدعى يحيى الجمال وكان دافع الجريمة ( بسبب حادثة حصلت عام 2012 مع ابنة شقيقة القاتل ( يحيى الجمال ) وتدعى (نور الهدى )
وعليه تم اخذ إفادة (نور ) وأفادات بما يلي :بعام 2012 بعدما خرجت من منزلي الواقع بحي كرم اللوز وذهبت للاستقرار بمنطقة حسياء عقب حدوث المجزرة المعروفة التي حصلت بحي كرم اللوز قررت العودة الى منزلي لأخذ بعض الاغراض وتواصلت مع المدعو (نادر طنوس ) وشخص أخر يدعى (ماهرحويض) لمرافقتي الى المنزل وعندها قمت بالدخول الى المنزل وقد دخل معي (نادر) وحاول اغتصابي داخل المنزل وقمت بالصراخ حينها تدخل (ماهر ) وطلب من (نادر ) ان يتركني وقمت بالخروج من المنزل بلا عودة

📌حضر الى القسم عدة أشخاص لتقديم افاداتهم حول المقتول (نادر)وهم:

وأفادو بما يلي:

أن المقتول نادر كان من الأشخاص الذين لديهم سلطة أمنية في حي كرم اللوز حيث شارك بمجزرة كرم اللوز والعدوية وشارك ايضاً بقتل عدة اشخاص من الحي وقام بإعتقال العديد من رجال الحي ومازال مصير العديد منهم مفقود الى يومنا هذا
كما شارك بتعفيش المنازل ومنع أصحابها من الرجوع لها وشارك ايضاً بخطف عدة أشخاص والمفاوضة مع ذويهم للدفع مقابل خروجهم
وذكروا أهالي الحي بأنه دوما كان يحمل السلاح ويتجول به رفقة عناصر النظام واصدقائه
