@UPMC does anyone understand the meaning of guardianship. Is it normal practice for a blind intellectually disabled person to come home w/out clothes, discharge instructions and a IV in their arm. C-1 fracture collar was filthy, no additional collar sent home w/patient @UPMC WTF
