Pressed Man is incredibly strong this year, but most players aren't setting it up correctly.

Simply pressing isn't enough.

The setup:
1️⃣ Press your defense
2️⃣ Shade Underneath
3️⃣ Shade Inside

Why it works:
🏈 Shading underneath takes away the quick throws that normally beat press man.
🏈 Shading inside gives your corners better leverage on crossers, drags and other in-breaking routes.
🏈 Your safeties stay over the top, meaning even many corner routes end up getting bracketed or forced into jostle animations instead of creating separation.

If you're running Cover 2 Man, this should be one of your go-to adjustments.
