@JetBlue Luggage for some reason went on an earlier flight to Boston now our flight to Boston has cancelled so hoping we will get our luggage back. Why not send the luggage on the same plane?

@JetBlue Disorganized staff, lack of foresight, misinformed, lack of empathy, lack of support. Flight from Costa Rica was delayed by 1 hour, which caused a delay in arrival to our connection in JFK. Missed flight and loss of 9 hours of our day! Offered $15 voucher for our trouble

Our flights to Jamaica were cancelled leaving only one option-to leave a day before planned with a 29 hour layover in Charlotte! While in Jamaica our flight home cancelled-forcing is to leave over 24 before planned with a 14 hour layover in Philly!
