Hey @WestJet Ive received no updates on my bag that you left behind in YYC when you told me you would put it on my next flight to YQL after canceling my first flight. It’s been over 48 hours since I’ve been home and there’s been at least 3 flights from YYC to YQL.

I stood in line in YYC for 3.5 hours as soon as I got off the plane this morning at 2am from LAX. Was booked on a flight home and then as soon as the plane was supposed to board it was cancelled #westjet

Dear @WestJet I’m tired. I missed my connection because of delays and I’ve gotten no email for anything. And now I’m standing in a line praying I can get a flight from YYC to my home that I originally paid for. I’m on the verge of a breakdown in the middle of the airport

Stuck in LAX due to @WestJet outage. My flight isn’t until 5:35pm tonight but like, technically I should be checking my bags at this point but there’s been little to no updates. I feel for the people who’ve had earlier flights delayed because of this. More info please!
