#PSA for #WLPC family. Have now had multiple friends share some pretty bad situations they are dealing with this year. Both people said they felt alone, and both situations was pretty bad, and they both said was hard to come and put on a smile here.

Look many of us go through periods or phases that are painful or expensive lessons. Just remember "NOBODY can see the path looking forward! It's only looking back you can see the path that got you where you are". The trick is surviving long enough to see it. You have FRIENDS and people who care.

MY ADVICE ~ MAKE SURE YOUR TAKING TIME FOR YOU IN THIS WORLD! Make SURE YOU TALK ABOUT IT. Whatever IT is.

Unfortunately we had a good friend we recently lost who came to these con's and we met up a couple times a year (he lived in another country). I never heard him say a depressive word once, or complain about anything, he loved life, and deeply loved his son and talked about him non stop when we would catch up. I'm sure he would have shared his issues with me if he had them when we met. I can only think maybe they occurred quick and affected him quickly. Out of respect for him and his family, I am not going to name him here. Life is too short, and there's tremendous beauty in it. Again you just never see the path in front of you, it's always looking back.

I personally use to believe spending 120% of my time on work, family and others was the best way to live, and was SO WRONG. It's just like drowning, you can't help anyone if you can't help yourself. Just over 2 years ago, I learned to prioritize time for me and ironically that has made my life better in countless ways, many unexpected, and not only did I magically gain more time in the world (#timehacking via optimizing the body & mind), but I'm enjoying all other aspects of my life more. The biggest unexpected benefit to this life change and journey is seeing and hearing others I've inspired to make changes. I want to remind you health is about more than physical fitness, it involves the mental side as well. If your struggling with ANYTHING, please don't be afraid to SHARE that with anyone. It may surprise you to hear how NOT ALONE you really are. Some of the biggest hearted people I know are in the #WIRELESS and #SECURITY spaces, which is one reason why I've made that my life.

@IPv6_mannen @techiejames The network that we had the MX gateway set up on was only able to hand out a single address to the MX via SLAAC and we couldn't figure out a way to get the MX to do anything like NAT66. Next time I will get IPv6 for the clients!
