@Avis @Avis_Help Terrible service at Venice (VCE). Called ahead about a flight delay (agent confirmed OK), but counter staff couldn't find/honor my reservation. 2 hrs wasted rebooking via @Expedia.

Just when I think a cell company cannot get any worse @TELUS hits a new low. Its hard to put into words the frustration that comes with dealing with a company that cares so little for its clients.
On hold then finally connect with a support rep for @TELUSsupport and then gone.

@TELUSsupport Additionally had a perfect payment record and 1 misunderstanding and a late payment shows up on C.B. C'mon.

@TELUSsupport I did yes. Was speaking with an agent who was helping me and then suddenly there was a new agent on the line. 30 minutes of wasted time plus hold time @TELUSsupport Very frustrating!

@TELUSsupport It was carried over. And again I spoke with an agent who confirmed the account was fine even though you kept in sending overdue notices and nasty termination emails.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport you need to get your systems fixed! You tell my business we are overdue when we have a credit on file, then have the nerve to block access to our security system!! Is this anyway to treat your clients?? NOT HAPPY.

@DriveBC This is the first update since traffic began very early this morning. People in the area spent 1 to 2 hours traveling blocks. Please find a way to better update the public when there are delays of this magnitude.

@PurolatorHelp @PurolatorInc What is going on?? Packages sitting in warehouses not moving. I understand the issues with @canadapostcorp and I'm sure it's not an easy time. But updates would be appreciated in real time as to when we can actually expect shipments.
