I'm tired and fed up with this situation. I'm still banned because of their poor AI moderation. I've sent so many appeals and received the same response, and the response @Roblox finally gave was basically just defending its AI. I'm seriously fed up.

This has to be a joke, August 26th being the same day I was banned just for playing a basketball game in a private chat with my trusted friend That same day I filed my appeal correctly as they did, I had to wait 2 months for this answer? Seriously Is this serious, @Roblox??

day 60 of being banned. my chat were mostly harmless maybe even a few toxic and weird ones i said to my trusted friend in a private server. these don't even deserve a permanent ban and I'm hoping to get a lighter punishment soon....
but roblox supports is still ignoring me...

Regarding the FGTEEV situation -

His family is aware and asking people not to spread those videos.

It’s clear the guy is very unwell and needs help. The best you can do now is give the family privacy.

Roblox is doing EVERYTHING except taking accountability for its BROKEN moderation and appeal system.

With CHILD-SAFETY LITIGATION, STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS, and growing REGULATORY SCRUTINY, @Roblox is under pressure to demonstrate that its TRUST & SAFETY systems are effective.

But aggressive AI enforcement is not EFFECTIVE ENFORCEMENT.

When there is mass AI enforcement, FALSE POSITIVES can get innocent users TERMINATED, while getting a HUMAN REVIEW can be extremely difficult.

Roblox can report enforcement numbers and new safety measures, but those numbers mean NOTHING for users who are wrongly terminated and unable to get their cases properly reviewed.

If Roblox wants users, parents, regulators, and the courts to have confidence in its moderation, ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY have to matter too.

If you have been FALSELY TERMINATED or had your appeal IGNORED, PLEASE REPOST THIS.

There appears to be an ongoing method being used to “terminate” specific users on the Roblox platform through an unknown exploit or vulnerability that I have yet to uncover.

This is currently being advertised as a paid service, with individuals allegedly charging up to $1,000+ to terminate a specific Roblox account.

They also claim to be capable of performing lookups using only a target’s username, potentially exposing information such as:

Email address linked to the account
Phone number linked to the account
Premium expiration date

And they are proven to be legit working methods which do deliver what they claim.

@Roblox , this needs to be investigated ASAP.

Please share this with other creators who can help spread awareness so @Roblox can investigate and address this as soon as possible.
