@northernassist why is it that you have started having some journeys requiring you to collect a physical ticket from a station vending machine when you used to get a ticket on your phone? That's a backward step isn't it?

@northernassist I can't spell this out any more simply. Why do passengers have to collect tickets from a station vending machine for some journeys but can have e tickets for others?

@northernassist They're tickets already purchased for travel today (now used) and Monday. There was no option for an e ticket at the point of purchase.

@northernassist If you select off peak return then it's collect at station. If you select Anytime Short Distance Return for the same journey it's an e-ticket.

@Lord_Sugar It looked like stacked separates but the front panel was one plastic piece and inside there was one pcb and one psu. All fur coat and no knickers.
