@ractoon It's also tricky because not everyone has the time, or desire, for side projects. I think a good question is to talk about a mistake or challenge they overcame. What it was, how they/the team addressed it, and how it was resolved.
.@CenturyLinkHelp has refused to acknowledge our issue. Even going as far as cancelling a tech being sent to our home to diagnose the issue after spending over an hour on the phone with support.
