I had traveled with emirates just before covid and had experienced the worst customer service when i had a medical condition and was in pain! No one ever reached out to me! I vowed never to fly emirates again but recently i had to!

@BilalEksiTHY I missed flight @TurkishAirlines yesterday due to a display error on FIDS. Held at gunpoint twice original flight price with no choice. The flight crew, aircraft and food was excellent. Ground staff insinuated I was blind. No missed 60+ countries and 100’s flight!

@TurkishAirlines the second time I’ve flown Turkish and I missed my flight because of a signboard error and now they want to charge me more than the original ticket price! First time delayed flight and I missed a wedding.

@EmiratesGas so the toll number rings and asks you if you want a call back press 1 which doesn’t happen as no one calls back so I’ve waited twice and it eventually just rings out. What a fantastic emergency line this is!
