REGGIE MIDDLETON URGENTLY NEEDS OUR HELP!

The inventor of #DeFi (Patent# US11196566B2) is yet again under attack and his patents are now under threat of theft.

A NY judge has ruled that Reggie must pay a $1M fine to his company Veritaseum, in which he owns 99%. Patents filed before creating Veritaseum must be transferred to the company. $459k of this fine is for the legal fees of a minority shareholder leveraging the company’s unfounded SEC’s actions against Reggie.

This ruling seems to be a direct result of the failure of his replacement attorney to present his evidence before the deadline. The judge agreed ordering a withdrawal of his attorney but still precluded Reggie’s evidence due to missed deadlines.

If Reggie cannot pay by June 20th, Veritaseum’s assets, could be sold off for pennies on the dollar. Jail time is also a possibility.

This stems from Reggie using personal funds to successfully defend his patents against invalidation by Coinbase, while Veritaseum’s funds were court-restrained. He’s now accused of breaching fiduciary duties and must repay the personal funds used to Veritaseum.

All funds including his personal funds are restrained/frozen leaving him unable to pay for his basic needs, leaving him living in heartbreaking conditions.

Everything this man has done…gifting the world with #DeFi, a Peer to Peer solution to a failing financial system and this is how he is rewarded, and all this is on top of the unproven SEC allegations that destroyed his company and token utility.

Reggie still has legal options:
Reconsideration, Appeals, Malpractice claims.
