Do companies think that making it extremely difficult to stop a subscription will make people just give up and stay. NO!! I now will cancel my subscription (I canāt afford it atm) BUT I will now never return.
Absolutely I grew up in Ashwood when it was absolutely shit and the houses were worth 3/5 of fuck all. Then it was expensive. We moved to the kinglake ranges and bought not long after Black Saturday when things were cheaper. Now itās super expensive and we are told we are capitalists. Honestly, working for 40+ years has got nothing to do with it though.
BREAKING: Two Middle Eastern men, Mohamed Hafda, 23, Lalor, and Massimo Salerno, 22, of South Morang, have both been charged by Police for the brutal gang rape of a 14 year old child at her home in Coburg in Melbournes north.
Police allege the pair held the girl prisoner and repeatedly gang raped her in Coburg.
Additional allegations include sexual assault/penetration of the child and causing her to touch them sexually without consent.
Hafda is also accused of supplying drugs to the child.
They appeared in Melbourne Magistratesā Court on Friday 31 July 2026 and both pleaded not guilty to 14 indictable charges each.
Hafda appeared in person and unbelievably remains on bail.
Salerno appeared via video link from the Metropolitan Remand Centre in prison greens; he had bizarrely previously been granted bail on these charges but was finally later remanded on unrelated alleged offences.
A previous court appearance involved confrontation outside court between Hafdaās father and a photographer, where the father is alleged to have assaulted the photographer.
The case has received limited coverage in major Australian outlets.
Diversity is our strength.
Hey @Bunnings Why do you list stock as available in a store when it is fact on a truck and not available to purchase. Traveled down to Melbourne to purchase these firelighters at Chirnside Park. They didnāt have any but sent me to Bayswater - 20 minutes away, because apparently they had 43 packs. When I got to Bayswater, I was told they were on the truck and they didnāt know when they would be in the store. I left empty handed. I get they got them delivered and had not unloaded them, but donāt say they have X units available UNLESS they are on the shelf and ready for customers to buy. Wonāt be going on another Bunnings wild goose chase again. You just wonāt get my money.
@Ausbobsmit Australians need to kick up a stink in regards to politicians pensions. They need to be asset tested like everyone else. Australia cant afford these pensions, they need to go. They are outdated and have to stop.
I love this so much.
@sophaller please never stop!!
I know you are getting a lot of crap right now from some nasty people who donāt like your views. But I promise you, there are so many more of us out here who are absolutely with you, who absolutely have your back.
We may not have the biggest accounts or the largest platforms, but there are so many more of us cheering you on then tearing you down. Ignore the haters.
Some of us have been waiting for someone like you to say what you said for a very long time, and we are 100% with you.
Please never stop.
Caution didn't win women the vote, or equal pay, or fair sport, or the right to single-sex spaces. Sophie Cunningham is standing up for women and girls everywhere and it's glorious. Fuck caution.
So much for free range. The most anaemic looking egg. I then cracked one of our Chookās eggs. So much better. If you donāt have chooks, you are paying premium $$ for rubbish. I only bought these as our chickens were light on laying.
š #BREAKING: LABOR IS QUIETLY PAYING JOURNALIST WAGES AT 184 NEWSROOMS š
Anika Wells' $67.6 million Journalism Assistance Fund is part paying the wages of more than 2,000 journalists, and more than half the money went to just four ownership groups.
Nine took $16.1 million. Seven's side of the new Southern Cross group took $11.3 million. Crikey, The Conversation, The Saturday Paper and Mamamia are all there.
News Corp, Sky News and The Guardian were barred from even applying. Opinion writing doesn't count as news under the government's own rules. And no funded newsroom ever has to tell its readers.
The fund ran dry in 28 days. One recipient was two days old. Another collapsed five weeks later.
We've published the full table: all 184 recipients, every company, every owner, every dollar and their share of the fund:

This is a form of identity politics. It lumps all renters together as though they share the same future. They don't. Those who can afford to buy will eventually become homeowners, with interests much like existing owners. Those who can never afford to buy will still be rentersāand they're the ones most affected by housing policy.
𤯠Listen to this extraordinary exchange between Camilla Tominey and Labourās Health Secretary James Murray. It is genuinely jaw-dropping.
Camilla: āYouāre quite pro-trans, arenāt you? Do you think a woman can have a penis? Because you did previously?ā
Murray: āNo, I donāt.ā
Camilla: āSo youāve changed your mind?ā
Murray: āYes.ā
Camilla: āWhy?ā
Murray stumbles. He says heās been thinking about the issue over recent years and would not now say trans women are women.
Camilla hits back: āYou must have known that before. You are very well educated. How on earth can you have previously thought that a woman can have a penis?ā
He had no real answer. Because there isnāt one.
This is not some backbench MP. This is the Secretary of State for Health, the man responsible for the entire NHS, puberty blocker policy, womenās health services, and child safeguarding.
He spent years either believing or pretending to believe that biological sex is fluid and that women can have penises. Only now, when the Cass Review, court rulings, and public opinion have made that position politically toxic, has he magically āchanged his mindā.
Think about the damage done while he held that view. The eroded womenās rights. The confused children fast-tracked toward hormones and surgery. The female prisoners and athletes forced to share spaces with biological males. All enabled or ignored by senior Labour figures like him.
This level of ideological delusion at the very top of government is not just embarrassing, it is dangerous. Basic biology should never have been up for debate, let alone something a Health Secretary had to āevolveā on.
My latest for @spikedonline on Labourās Conversion Therapy Bill.
Iām literally furious that this crap continues to impede ethical psychotherapy

Yesterday Pauline put forward the "Acknowledging Biological Reality Bill" in the Senate. This Bill would have protected women and safeguarded female only spaces. Sadly, the Bill was voted down by Labor and Green Senators. It's extremely rare that Bills are voted down at such an early stage in the Senate. It shows that Labor and Green Senators are not even prepared to debate their extreme views on gender identity.
One Nation stand for biological reality and common sense on issues relating to gender identity and in protecting female only spaces.
Good morning Australia. Just a reminder that @AlboMP lied to 28 million people to get elected, lied and lied again, and then did a dodgy deal with the Greens to solidify the deceit.
All to screw you out of the fruits of your own labour, investments & endeavours.
Fuck the liar.
