WOWOWOW, @SenAshleyMoody!!!
Looks like you're a PRIME TARGET for @jdvance's bid to put state officials like you in cages for facilitating Medicaid fraud.
Not clear how you can continue to serve in the Senate if JD is going to put you in prison!!!

This isn’t how it works under the Constitution. The President doesn’t “demand.” The Senate is to exercise its judgment before voting to confirm & here there are legit concerns that the president’s former lawyer is still playing that role, instead of representing the people.
The Bureau of Land Management just approved an AI data center on public land.
Never been done before.
Not through a real environmental review either. They dug up an old solar farm's approval from 2023 and decided it counted for a completely different project. No new review. No public comment period. No public say at all.
The site sits on desert tortoise habitat outside Boulder City, Nevada, three miles from residents' homes.
The company behind it is Skylar Capital Management, a Texas hedge fund.
Its water will come from the Colorado River Basin.
The same river that gives nearly 40 million people across seven states their drinking water.
The same river where farmers and ranchers use almost 80 percent of the supply, and it's already so short that farmers this year left fields unplanted and ranchers are shrinking their cattle herds just to survive the season.
The same river so overdrawn that seven states have spent months failing to agree on how to split what's left, and this week, the federal government takes that decision out of their hands entirely.
The same river where Navajo, Hopi, and Paiute nations have waited 118 years for water they were legally promised back in 1908, while states actively fight to block them from getting it.
Now a hedge fund wants a straw in that river too, for a server farm.
Who decided an AI data farm needs water more than the 40 million people who depend on the Colorado River? 💧

Hunter Biden: “What’s the one thing in the past 250 years that stands out a little bit? Maybe it’s the guy that paved over the Rose Garden and put a fucking Nazi eagle on the front of the fucking White House. Maybe it’s the guy who just took a fucking jet from the Qataris, the largest gift ever given to a president by a factor of a thousand which is completely illegal”
Say @SenTuberville? You're a Florida resident.
Why have you said nothing about Dmitry Shuslebin, who fabricated >100 voter registrations in Pinellas, about whom Trump -- and @AshleyMoodyFL -- are silent.
Why didn't Moody stop it? Why did Trump excuse his election crimes?
100% convinced after watching this video that he stole every single dollar
Just an opinion, mind you, but every single thing he has ever said or done leading up to this video is also in the pot
Trump and his cronies said that they're controlling the revenue made from Venezuela's oil.
If the US has made $13 billion in revenue, why can't Trump tell us where that money's going?
Joseph Schwartz took $39M out of his nursing home employees’ paychecks: their Social Security, their Medicare, their taxes.
Sentenced to 3 years and millions in restitution.
He paid nearly $1 million to lobbyists for access.
Three months later: full pardon. He barely spent any time in prison.
“Did you, Mr. Clayton, or any DOJ employee communicate with or receive direction from Pres. Trump?”
Senate Judiciary Cmte Democrats demand records from Todd Blanche by Aug 7 about the subpoenas issued to New York Times reporters
BREAKING: Trump's trust is ordered to turn over financial documents "from the date of January 1, 2023, to the present" responsive to a subpoena issued in Trump's defamation case against the BBC. The first production is due in 10 days.

When I suggested a few years ago that people were overreacting to gas prices and inflation, people here jumped all over me as a heartless and out of touch elitist.
Michigan health officials reported 9,253 cases of cyclosporiasis, an increase of 1,077 since their last update & it has spread to 9 states. This is what happens when you deregulate and allow the White House to accept bribes with impunity. Taylor Farms should have been shut down.
