@cawhitworth I meant that I’d had to add my own ‘gradual fade up/down’ API calls, as Hive doesn’t implement them either. My suspicion is Philips hold the patent for ‘mechanism for controlling bulb which fades up and down gradually in response to triggers’ or some other such nonsense.

@cawhitworth Is there a patent issue somewhere maybe? I ended up cobbling something like what you’re describing for Hive bulbs using reverse engineered API documentation and a bunch of Python
