@vrbo so I’ve considered you as a class above airbnb (who completely devalues hosts) but I’ve just had a terrible experience. A guest cancelled last minute; i have a 14day no refund policy. You issued a refund despite my policy, going above my wishes. Now i cant talk to anyone!?

@bookingcom More so, this problem only comes with https://t.co/0XzPl3fPft’s host platform. It’s because, in my opinion, there’s no rating system for guests. They’re held to no standard. This has to be changed if you guys want to move up like the other host/guest platforms.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp After being removed from the host platform without reason, Airbnb has also refused me my tax information. I've had to file for an extension. If I was allowed to login to my acct just ONCE, I could retrieve my own tax information. But no. Airbnb won't allow it.

@vrbo please please please add scheduled messaging for VRBO owners. It's the only true hiccup in your owner platform system--that we have to manually go in and send messages instead of them automatically sending at designated times. Help!
