The ruling was on intellectual disabilities as a whole with sub 70 IQ’s and not specifically DS. We’re on the same page lol. Nonetheless, the initial argument stands that it’s ridiculous to give an infant alcohol just because the embryo was 30 years old. On average, an embryo is 1-15 years old but we’re not out here giving infants driving permits
