@OMOM0872189333@ICEgov What do you think about the citizen who was a nurse who was pepper sprayed, put on his face, and then shot and killed by ice today? He was a citizen. What do you think about the nine additional shots they put into his corpse after they killed him? Does that register to you?
@ICEgov We watched your untrained employees gang up on a woman and then murder the nurse that tried to help her get away from her attacker today. I watched them disarm him, get him face down on the ground, shoot and kill him, then fire 9 more rounds into his corpse.
@realDonaldTrump Your ICE agents murdered a defenseless American in the streets today. Then your team lied and lied and lied about it even though we all have video disapproving what they said. You are evil
@dorshey@sicaleigh@tedcruz What? People are working pretty hard universally to get Trump to release the Epstein files and prosecute the additional rapes and murders he hasn’t been convicted of yet. What are you talking about?
@KevinPosobiec Why are they so mad do you think? Pretty cold out, they’d probably rather be inside. Did someone do something outrageous to get them out? Was someone murdered after they had been unarmed while multiple people held them down on the ground?
@JohnCornyn You are ceding War Powers from every future congress to any future president. Stop allowing the executive branch to illegally steal more and more power before its too late. Impeach Trump now.
@Jim_Jordan This Invasion of Venezuela is reprehensible to American ideals of self determination and democracy. The executive branch violated Article I and the War Powers Res. Congress is ceding immense power to every future president. That is unacceptable and should be strongly opposed.
Trump campaigned on an “America First” platform. Now he wants to "run" Venezuela?
60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Health care is collapsing. Housing is unaffordable.
Trump should address these major crises at home and end his illegal military adventurism abroad.
@tedcruz@benfergusonshow@tedcruz, none of that podcast establishes legality.
• “Precision”/“no U.S. casualties” doesn’t grant war powers
• Oil reserves, corruption, or socialism ≠ legal authority
• FBI arrests don’t justify a 150-aircraft military invasion
• DOJ memos ≠ congressional authorization
@tedcruz@benfergusonshow@tedcruz, Congress—not the President—has the constitutional power to declare war.
Arresting a foreign leader through military force without congressional authorization is not “historic”, it’s a direct Article I violation.
No podcast can substitute for congressional approval.
@RepLloydDoggett It’s no longer ok to wait for the midterms to act. Decency and American ideals necessitate vigorous opposition to these international and constitutional crimes. You are my representative for Austin Texas, and I ask you to impeach Donald Trump immediately for Venezuela and Epstein
@LongHrnGrl4life@RepLloydDoggett I can’t call it anything else. If a military enters a country, removes their leader, and the government states it will take over running the country it invaded, how can you call it anything else? You may be right that the war has concluded (for now), but it was a war, shortly.
@NicholasChacon9@RepLloydDoggett The kinds of men that enforced the rule of law and civilization on Germany in 1940. Just because our military can does not make it morally right. We were supposed to be better than this.
@RepLloydDoggett I am your constituent in Austin Texas. I ask you to Please support/start impeachment calls that representatives like Delia Ramirez, Dan Goldman, and Jared Huffman have publicly stated. Please impeach Donald Trump. I am counting on you
Trump’s illegal war for oil in Venezuela emboldens authoritarians everywhere to attack the small and the weak whenever they choose. In a press conference overflowing with more of his outlandish lies, Trump sought support for the very type of foreign intervention he has promised to oppose.
In his inaugural, he said success should be measured “most importantly, by the wars we never get into.” By his own standard, he’s failing— he has become the Bully-in-Chief, preying on the weak while abandoning the principles of peace and human rights that should define American leadership.
@gipsytim@RepLloydDoggett@WinWithoutWar Those were bad too and continuing to support even worse actions like this with the benefit of hindsight would be moronic. We good on that? Cool. Now back to right now: this invasion is illegal and reprehensible to civil society. Impeach Trump for Venezuela and Epstein
@RepLloydDoggett@WinWithoutWar As your constituent in Austin Tex, I ask you to Please support/start impeachment calls that representatives like Delia Ramirez, Dan Goldman, and Jared Huffman have publicly stated. Please impeach Donald Trump. We are counting on you
@m86742@WhiteHouse Will address why so many American citizens are getting swept up by ice raids and what he’s going to do to stop that from continuing to happen? It seems like with all our laws about the right to a trial it would prevent that, why don’t they just follow that law?
