@HamptonByHilton really poor service in the Dublin City hotel. No ac room too hot, no fan in the hotel and the manager has no clue. Apparently no rooms available either. £1200 well spent!

@bookingcom I had to wait longer and that was it. I then asked to speak to his manager which he refused to do. I’m now getting charged interest on the initial booking because of their delays. Absolutely horrible service will not us again.
