@WillSharp222@adamski152 Agree, but how do you know Rohl is not going to change that? He has had one transfer window where he had several other short term issues to sort and with it being January, I would suggest the players we need now were not going to be easy to acquire.
@adamski152 I would argue what is crucial to this happening is stable management which ultimately is why we are in this position. Lets hope the owners have come to this realisation and a sensible transfer window unfolds.

Easily one of the best we'll see.
@adamski152 Agree, and it is both things, leadership on the field is just the higher priority and don't think it all lands on Rohl. Gerrard explained Tav needed stronger leaders around him, he has developed but still needs help, and we lose that next year.
@OnlyTeamForMe When Cavenagh was the one at Rohls press conference fronting up, you could sense his frustration at being in that position, Thelwell and Stewart knew their time was up from that moment. Cavenagh is now rectifying the wrongs and has clearly learnt a lot since the takeover.

@ibroxrocks Rohl will get my full support, but I don't believe this is the right appointment and is only redeploying the same structure and philosophy. We need to win football matches and I don't believe this style and squad will win enough to allow it time to work. I hope I am wrong!
@KaiGWatson In terms of attitude, Tav and Cornelius are the only two that get it.
Agree the second half was better because went direct, two strikers made it interesting but donโt feel we have the combination at the back to keep a clean sheet, no matter the formation.
