They NEVER HAD STATUS.
They enjoyed immunity from removal -- nothing more.
TPS is not for the aliens from the country -- it is for the country itself.
The Country is placed in TPS, not the aliens.
When it is removed the aliens have the same status they always had, they just don't have immunity from removal any longer.
THAT IS HOW CONGRESS DESIGNED IT TO WORK.
The deficit is entirely created by Mamdani himself and his insane budget request of $15 billion dollars over last year, an unheard of increase to fund his ridiculous wish list of giveaways to corrupt nonprofits, illegals, and political activists.
If we simply kept our spending to 2024-25 levels — already $107 billion dollars — we’d have no deficit.
For context, that is equal to the budget for the ENTIRE state of Florida, and yet the incompetent children in charge of our budget somehow can’t make things work with that massive pile of money.
It’s a total lack of leadership and everyone involved with this travesty should be ashamed of themselves.
Republicans take office and tell us that 'norms, procedures, and principles' prevent us from actually using our power to destroy the left.
Democrats take office and the first thing they do is completely take away the voice that conservatives have in the federal government.
I am thankful that we have a ceasefire. It happened much faster than I expected and it was the right move. But let’s be clear that this war ends (if the ceasefire holds) as a total strategic disaster. The scorecard
Nukes: Iran still has the HEU
Proxies: no change or impact
Missile and drones : Iran demonstrated its arsenal is sustainable and survivable under massive US and Israeli pressure.
Strait of Hormuz: Iran’s leverage to use it as a bargaining chip has dramatically increased.
Regime: killed Khameini but his son is still in place and unless they collapse in the aftermath will probably be just as strong or stronger then when this started.
US allies: totally screwed in the Gulf and horribly strained relations in Europe.
Global economy: major damage.
Israel: will be even more globally isolated after this and no more secure.
Region: as unstable as ever requiring a greater US commitment.
US capacity to be prepared for major contingencies in the IndoPacific set back for years.
But at least we took out their navy and destroyed their useless Air Force 🤷♂️. An epic strategic disaster.
Step 1 in deescalation must be restraining the Israelis, otherwise all efforts to negotiate will follow this pattern:
POTUS publicly announces deescalation.
Israel takes major strikes to destroy the negotiations & in turn weaken our ability to negotiate.
The war accelerates.
Uncontrolled immigration threatens to deconstruct the nation we grew up in and convert America into a conglomeration of peoples with almost nothing in common —not history, not heroes, not language, not culture, not faith, not ancestors. Balkanization beckons.

@RepJoshG No. The time for drum circles and "why can't we all just get alongs" is over.
The time for the expulsion of evil is here.
Fear of Islam is rational.
After a day like today, we need to stop lying that it is not.
I love how the argument went from, “illegal aliens can’t register to vote”
to “illegal aliens aren’t voting”
to “not that many illegal aliens are voting.”
😂
DC judges did whatever they could to keep partisan Trump hating residents on juries.
I recall one instance when a potential trial juror admitted to his contempt for Trump based on his own writings to that effect. The judge (Lamberth) prodded him to say he could be impartial and how he was an academic who could be unbiased.
This is how the Biden DOJ has a 100% conviction rate in J6 trials. And probably the same for GJ indictments]
Every American should know these statistics:
Almost $110 billion in remittances flowed out of the US in 2025. Money sent abroad by immigrants.
More than half of immigrants enrolled in a welfare program, including 51% of legal immigrants.
American tax dollars are being sent abroad to enrich foreign nations.
So far we’ve heard that although we killed the whole Iranian regime, this was not a regime change war. And although we obliterated their nuclear program, we had to do this because of their nuclear program. And although Iran was not planning any attacks on the US, they also might have been, depending on who you ask. And although we are not fighting this war to free the Iranian people, they are now free, or might be, depending on who seizes power, and we have no idea who that will be. The messaging on this thing is, to put it mildly, confused.
The "rule of law" is when you can import 10 million illegals overnight but need a lengthy court hearing to deport each individual one of them. No thanks, actually.
Immigration without assimilation is not a "melting pot"— it's a pressure cooker.
America is not made better by immigrants from societies all over the world rejecting assimilation and forming their own cultural enclaves.
