Rory McIlroy commissioned this pencil drawing after last year's Masters Tournament.
The artist (@KeeganHall) provided context on Reddit:
• Spent 6+ months working on it
• Estimates 600-800+ total hours
• Worked on it 6-7 days each week
• Uses a Pentel Graphgear mechanical pencil
Hall says this piece was incredibly challenging because so much detail went into such a small area. For context, the original is smaller than 30x22, so each face in the crowd is essentially a quarter of the size of a fingernail.
This is the second piece he has done for Rory.
The Gospel is not complicated, but it must be complete.
Some thoughts on the Gospel, the alternative half time show, and Kid Rock.

Man, @PKSubban1 is on fire here too. Well said on the blue collar guy paying your salary expects you to bust your ass. And if you’re not doing that, he bails:
Property taxes are local, not state. So we’d need to do a constitutional amendment (requires 60% of voters to approve) to eliminate them (which I would support) or even to reform/lower them…
We should put the boldest amendment on the ballot that has a chance of getting that 60%…
I agree that taxing land/property is the more oppressive and ineffective form of taxation…
My position is simple - I am not going to raise or suspend the debt ceiling (racking up more debt) without significant & real spending cuts attached to it. I’ve been negotiating to that end. No apologies. CC: @realDonaldTrump@SpeakerJohnson@SenJohnThune@freedomcaucus
Our lives were shut down for months - funerals, life cycle events, schools, churches, etc. So cry me a river if there's a few days over the weekend and Christmas week of non-essential federal personnel staying home.
Public service announcement as the chief RINO hunter: This cycle there are a tremendous amount of deep red state rinos up for re-nomination in the Senate. These are people like Joni Earnst, Bill Cassidy, and Thom Tillis who were thick as thieves with Mitch McConnell and are responsible for the very debt crisis we are in today.
I have watched this dynamic for 15 years. What they do is every 6 years during cycle, they suddenly come out with cosmetic proposals designed to elicit good will headlines from conservative media. Now, I have no problem with true converts who are putting points on the board and legitimately staking out new ground that actually puts them on a real collision course with the system. It costs them something, for example, a real fiscal or social conservative proposal that is unpopular with the system.
But when they come out with cosmetic things that cost them NOTHING with the system ("oh, we're going to cut waste") but are strategically designed to ingratiate themselves to conservative media and diffuse the energy behind a primary challenge, IMHO, that is probably something you want to avoid covering, at least without providing context.
We all complain about the Senate Republicans but then when it comes time to actually take them out, so many are part of the subversion to keep them in office. Then we complain why 100% of them are re-nominated. Don't be part of the political malpractice. Understand policy, voting record, and the art of politics.
