Mackenzie Padilla was nine months pregnant when officer Carri Carrico reportedly pushed her against a wall, dragged her to a bench and swung at her head inside a booking facility. A federal civil rights lawsuit alleges racial slurs, an unlawful search and a violent assault. Carrico reportedly had prior misconduct complaints and received only verbal counseling. She has since resigned and been indicted on two counts of aggravated assault.

ICE smashed the window of a disabled Iraq War veteran, on his way to work, pepper-sprayed him, dragged him out at gunpoint, and locked him up for three days without charges.

This is fascism.

Federal agents smashed his truck window, sprayed him with chemical agents, detained him for three days, denied him contact with his family, and released him without charges. He missed his daughter’s third birthday while sitting in a cell.

No person on American soil should fear being treated this way, least of all a citizen and veteran at the hands of his own government. A nation that can do this to a U.S. citizen and veteran can do it to anyone.

Police in plain clothes ambush Black man pumping gas—repeatedly punch him during brutal arrest.

"I didn’t know they were agents," he said.
"They had no bodycam, no badges, no nothing."

2 agents hid behind car and the 3rd approached the man and pushed him in their direction.

At that point the agents jumped out and all 3 tackled the man and beat him with excessive force.

22-year-old Nakyje Kelly was first accused of having an expired registration sticker.

North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement later claimed he had marijuana in his car—he vehemently denies this.

🚨 Florida police tackled and broke a 15-year-old Black teen’s arm while searching for a white runaway they had just seen in a photo.

Judah Everage was on his knees with his hands in the air when officers slammed him to the ground near Wickham Park in Melbourne. He wasn’t the person they were looking for, but they still fractured his elbow. Body camera footage shows he was complying the entire time.

One officer has since resigned, but the others involved are still on the job.

This is what happens when police treat Black kids as suspects first and ask questions later. Disgusting.

Officer slams him to ground in seconds—kneels on his neck.

Deploys taser after he's already face down on ground.

"Cop didn't have problem with his 3 white friends," said witness.

"White kids got to walk away."

Officer calls for backup and 3 more squad cars arrive almost immediately.

"Cop actually asked for backup for a little kid... he must be so proud of himself."
