@glpmate I really like the app, I use Calo daily and GLPMate is better because I track my shots. However, I have already paid for other apps. I want this app badly but 45.00 is a stretch for now. Good luck 👍

@Musecases Eww, no. Please add a plugin for Apple Music. Everyone knows Zuck and co don’t really like Apple that much, but there are zillions more people who use Apple Music than Spotify. I’m not gonna be one of those who use Spotify and pay more for another subscription.

Yes, barely using Muse. The jury is still out on what Muse can do. It still does not offer live voice conversations like Gemini and ChatGPT do. That’s a big plus. So hypothetically, if I need help with something and want a voice conversation—back-and-forth with or without interruptions—that would be perfect.

GLP-1 friends, Thursday’s nausea 🤢 is a little worse this week. My go-to when I’m not feeling good: Fage plain Greek yogurt (0% or 5%) with Jell-O sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix or monk fruit for extra sweetness, a protein shake, and Numi Ginger Lemon Tea. #GLP1

Nausea 🤢 and a rough night of sleep have me moving a little slower.

My usual go-to: a warm cup of Numi Organic Ginger Lemon Tea 🫖🍋. Keeping it simple, getting some fluids in, and listening to my body.

At the beginning of my GLP-1 journey 15 weeks ago, I started walking every weekend on trails near a man-made lake near me, about 5+ miles each day and some days more. It’s a really good place to play Pokémon Go.

With the help of Mounjaro, the weight came off. I joined a gym. And have more to go.

The scale gets a lot of attention, but I’m starting to appreciate the quieter wins too—better food choices, getting protein in, taking a walk, drinking enough water, and watching what my glucose is actually doing.
